TREATMENT AND PACKAGE CANCELLATION POLICY

• All packages must be paid for upon booking
• We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to transfer your booking to a different date, under this time and 100% of the booking value is chargeable
• All non-arrivals to be charged 100% of treatment or package price
• Group Bookings - For groups of 6 people or more, we require 14 day notice to transfer your booking to a different date, under this time and 100% of the booking value is chargeable
• all promotional offers are non-refundable or transferable
